Hello, 8 months ago my good friend Paisley passed away do to a hit and run when she was 15 years old. The drivers name is Madison Felhaber, multiple people had seen Madison drinking and snorting  illegal substances before she got into her car, she was 18 years old at that time. Paisley was skateboarding to her boyfriends house with him, while Madison was going 100 mph swerving down Alta st. Madison had struck Paisley then drove home and posted pictures of the party she was at and sent multiple people videos of her dented car. Madison then turned herself in when she was sober (the cops did not drug test her when she turned herself in) and has had multiple trials talking about rehabilitation centers for her but she has been on a in county arrest (she can go anywhere in Nevada county.) I have seen Madison multiple places in downtown and the river, wearing her ankle bracelet. Today was Madison’s last trial and the court put her on probation, no jail time at all even though she took a innocent 15 yr old years life. Madison Felhaber could have stopped the car and drove her to the hospital but she chose to run and that’s what makes her a murderer that’s not just a drunk accident. I have made this petition to get help from the people of our community that want Madison Felhaber imprisoned. JUSTICE FOR PAISLEY!
