We, the residents, and staff of the Oaks at Douglasville, are petitioning for the installation of locks on our mailboxes. Despite repeated requests since before Thanksgiving of 2023, we have been ignored, and our mailboxes remain unsecure. 

We urge the post office to take immediate action to address this issue, allowing us to utilize our lockboxes and ensure the security and privacy of our Mail. We deserve better service and attention to our concerns.
