Justice For Noe Mira - We need answers and Justice! What happened to Noe Mira?!

The Issue

updated on: September 14, 2023

Noe Mira, my dad, was a security guard. He loved his job and did small side work such as mechanic work. He was a cheerful person. Always cracking jokes to anyone he met. Always had a genuine smile.

On Monday night January 30, 2023 my dad was struck by multiple vehicles, according to what the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner told my family and I.

A online news article report-Source“A pedestrian who was struck and killed by a car while walking near the interchange from the westbound Glenn Anderson (105) Freeway and the Harbor (110) Freeway was identified Thursday. The collision was reported at 11:41 p.m. Monday and California Highway Patrol officers responded to the freeway interchange near the Central Avenue exit where they learned the pedestrian had been hit by a red Honda Civic and was in the slow lane, CHP Officer Patrick Kimball told City News Service. Noe Mira, 58, was identified as the victim by the Los Angeles County Coroner’s office. Mira was pronounced dead at the scene and died of multiple blunt force trauma. It was not immediately known if the driver of the Honda remained at the scene. The third, four and fifth lanes of the Glenn Anderson Freeway were closed while the CHP conducted its investigation.“ -Source

Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner, Forensic told my family and I over the phone my dad was unrecognizable.

As you all know we’re in a lot of pain, we’re grieving, My dad was not an addict. My dad was not a drinker. My dad was not depressed. My dad was not suicidal.

We had plans. He had plans. Something happened that night I need to find out what!

The California Highway Patrol CHP Police refuse to give us answers on what happened that night. All the information I have is from news articles.

Since this was a tragedy and not a natural cause there’s an investigation that needs to be going.

I need answers. I need Justice.

It’s been seven months the California Highway Patrol CHP Police refuse to give us answers. January 30, 2023 - September 14, 2023 (as of during this time.)

All my family and I want is to know exactly what happened that fatal night. Justice to be served to the person(s) that was involved in my dad’s death. That’s all we’re asking for. What happened to Noe Mira on January 30, 2023?

Please sign this petition to spread the word. To involve the press. To shine light on this terrible situation. To put pressure on the Los Angeles Police Department and the California Highway Patrol CHP Police to give us answers.
