My granddaughter Victoria Martinez Lugo was murdered on July 30th, it's been four months and until today we haven't had any answers. She was hit by two cars, first car stopped the second car fled. She was with some friends that night, which they are responsible for her death, the police have all the information and they haven't even gone to this people house to investigate. My daughter and all my family, we are all devastated. We need some answers and justice for my granddaughter Victoria
