Goddard’s law was passed in 2016 and protects companion pets from being abused, or killed. Fox 8 News had the privilege of knowing the man it was named after. This law is very important when hearing the details of the following story of sweet Mia. Mia was a companion animal that was 4 years old, killed in cold blood by a man named Stephan shell of new Carlisle. As you can see, the family camera caught the entire event on tape showing the heartless actions of this man. Clark County Sheriff's Office - Ohio has refused to press charges and one of the responding deputies lied about evidence, didn’t take statements from all parties in involved and made up her mind based on the word of Stephan shell. Once the video surfaced it has been a battle to get justice for Mia under Goddard law. Please if you can about your 4 legged best friends and children. Help by signing a petition to encourage the Clark County Dog Warden's Office and City of Springfield, Ohio - Government prosecutors office to file these charges against this man for his violent behavior.

Shot her! 

I debated if I should post this or not but since Clark county Sherriff won’t file charges on this dog killer, I’m letting everyone know how will listen know that Stephen Shell of lammes lane, new Carlisle murdered my dog in cold blood. 
He claims she was messing with his chickens but she didn’t even touch them. As you can see in the video she is in his yard, which I accept responsibility for but he didn’t need to kill her. She wasn’t being aggressive or bothering anything. Our dogs have been in each others yards Multiple times and he knew Mia was sweet. His dog is aggressive. After he shot her, she ran back to my yard, where he pursued her attempting to shoot her again, my son had to argue with him and step in the way of the gun because he had it pointed at Mia. This video shows she wasn’t acting aggressive nor messing with chickens. She was simply walking. I ended up having to put her down and Ohio state university did a necropsy and she had no signs of blood, chickens or feathers in her digestive tract or mouth. 

Yes, I I understand that her getting out of my yard is my responsibility, but that doesn’t mean that he has to kill her in cold blood. She wasn’t being aggressive nor hurting anyone. He was on his porch and she wasn’t near the chicken coup. 

Clark county sheriff is refusing to press charges for him killing her for no reason. My dog didn’t deserve this abuse from this man. I’ve witnessed him kicking his own dog and choking him. He didn’t even have a valid dog license, he went on and bought one an hour after he killed Mia. 

Stephan Shell deserves to be charged. He is a dog killer! He has deleted his Facebook but here is his wife’s. He is the owner of no-bull tactical llc.
