I am raising awareness and asking for safety precautions for the children, neighborhood, & pets that reside on the corner of Lincoln and park st in stockron ca to hear my devastating experience. I ask that we come together and require the owner of this home Stockton Ca 95203 with vicious and killer dogs who have murdered on countless occasions when an animal is simply walking by; to be euthanized or removed from this unfit owner. These dogs have killed on multiple occasions and are a danger to our community. I am asking for the owner to take accountability and responsibility for the dogs they have allowed to kill and took no precautions to make sure this never happens again, BUILD A BARRIOR!!

On August 8th, 2023 my grandfather went on his normal dog walking routine with his best friend, Mercy, in his neighborhood. While my grandfather had taken this same route every morning, this day took a tragic turn.Mercy, walking beside my grandfather was grabbed by 2 visious dogs inside of their gate while on her lesh. While my grandfather tried his very best to pull mercy back out she was ripped from his hands and ruthlessly mauled by these 2 large dogs.

When I arrived to the scene I thought our poor girl was already deceased but to my surprise she began again crying for help, at this point the dogs had drug her to the back of the yard. The fence was about 7ft high with a bolt lock on the gate.I watched and screamed for 1 hour and 1/2 for help. I contacted the authorities (animal control) hoping and expecting for help and compassion however that was the absolute opposite of what I heard. Apon their arrival , while screaming and crying I asked for them to help my baby as she was still crying asking the animal control lady to hurry.The animal control lady to my surprise said " let me guess, you didn't have your dog on a leash?" With tears running down my face I replied by saying " excuse me? The leash is in there with her, how dare those be the first words out of your mounth!" (I may have said other words but will leave those out.)

As the animal control woman walks to the gate the door to the home opens , and the owner walks out!!! I look at her with disbelief and anger and yell to her , "You were in there the whole time???" Her response, you shouldn't have had your dog so close to my gate. Keep in mind for this hour I was bangung on the gate , throwing rocks at the door screaming and yelling. There is no possible way the owner did not hear me.This woman could have saved my dog had she gotten her dogs 1 hour ago. No human compassion, no consideration she still refused to grab her dogs when the officer was instructing her to.

My baby fought and was alive when she was given to me, unfortunately she passed at the vet. She had horrific injuries, injuries I would hope no one would ever have to see !! These dogs that attacked her should not be alive.And I refuse to give up on Mercy. She fought until she couldn't, and I will continue to fight for JUSTICE FOR MERCY!!

This owner felt she was at no fault and had zero compassion what so ever thinking because everyone else's dogs that were murdered, the owners left it alone. I was told by a neighbor it was a total of 4 dogs that were killed at the fault of these 2 serial killing dogs. Something has to be done. If this owner was aware this was happening so often, why not put up a barrier, a sign , SOMETHING? To protect their neighbors. What if this was a human child ??? And for that I would like to say , this was my 85 year old grandfather's child !!! She mattered, she was loved so much!

My grandfather is heart broken and not well. I ask for support of any kind to provide JUSTICE FOR MERCY.
