Marcus Samarrippa was arrested on February 19, 2012 charged with MURDER. 
Marcus Samarripa, 34 was sentenced 27 years on Oct. 25 2013 for his role in the death of his friend  of Turlock for which he did not commit,  

Marcus’s friend was shot by a resident Feb. 19, 2012, during a home invasion robbery in a home near Earlville, west of Chicago. Samarripa was charged with murder, even though he did not shoot anyone, because he was involved in a crime that resulted in a death. but because the death occurred during the commission of a felony, Samarripa was held responsible for the fatality. He does not deserve this sentence. Please he need justice! Marcus should not be held responsible for his murder, the home owner was the homeowner that shot at him and he did not survive his shot wound which resulted in him dying, Marcus does not deserve this sentence. Please he need justice!

Although it seems hard to believe or understand, Marcus is a good person and has always had morality in his actions. We have had the happiness of being his Aunt, mom siblings for and that is why We can assure you that even though he has had his ups and downs in life, I and many of his friends are convinced that Marcus is a kind human being with a great heart and a decent person. He has shown to have a generous, kind, and devoted character towards others. He is a person with a lot of integrity and really makes a great effort to make sure that he acts correctly at all times. He is ready to start his new life in normal society, he is looking forward to Voulanteer his time at a gospel missionary to help others and maybe be a mentor. His vision is also go back to work and help take care of his father who is permanently disabled.
