My name is Benickwa Yarbo, and I am the wife of Malcolm Daniels, a man who has spent years behind bars for a crime he did not commit. He was sent to prison at 16 years old back in 2009, given 28 years in prison.        

Malcolm’s case has been riddled with inconsistencies, unreliable testimony, and missing evidence. Despite his innocence, he remains incarcerated while working with the Ohio Innocence Project to prove the truth. But justice is moving too slow. 

 Malcolm is a kind, intelligent, and loving man. He deserves his freedom—and we need your help to get him there.
