Lucky the cat has been going viral around the internet this week. For reasons of extremely sad circumstances. Luckys owner had written an article basically about her hatred towards said Lucky since the birth of her daughter titled, "Why Did I Stop Loving My Cat after Having My Baby?" published on the website The Cut. 

     Im calling for CPS involvement and procecution against the woman who wrote and The Cut allowing this article to be published. She put her name down as anon to avoid responsibility for her abuse and neglect knowing what the public response would be. 

     Which is why I want this petition to be signed. 

     I call for her to legally be prosecuted against for animal neglect and cruelty. She deserves punishment she is trying to avoid. Lucky has no advocates and its dire we here on Change.org advocate. 

    We have no update on Luckys wellbeing and cannot confirm anything since the author is anon. Which brings me to ask law enforcement officials to request from The Cut information of who published this article and to charge them accordingly. 

    Extremely dehydrated drinking out of a toilet and let in dangerous situations where the author hoped her cat would die in. This woman is mentally disturbed and needs to be charged or put in a mental insitution for evaluation before being allowed in public. 

    At the minimum she should be prosecuted for animal neglect and cruelty to the first degree and CPS should be involved, one because her child should never have to be in this enviorment and two Lucky should never have been abused. 

   Third, the article was a confession not an apology to her cat which is again why she remained anon. She deserves to be held accountable for her actions. 

   She deserves an open case since shes not fit to take care of a cat let alone her own child, God only knows what her house looks like and the enviorment her daughter is being raised in. Its unfit for the child nor Lucky. 

  They both deserve better homes and caregivers not under the care of this psychopathic woman.  

   We need to act FAST because last update was Lucky being in critical conditon. Potentially already dead. This petition calls for her to be prosecuted regardless if Lucky is deceased or not. Praying Lucky is alive and can be found and rehomed. If not this author deserves to be located via internet IP address by Police and or found by her submission to The Cut for her said article regardless.
