This is my 6 year old daughter Livia Socorro Plumey. On January 5th 2012, with out me being notified Judge Coghlan gave full custody to Angelo Plumey. On Febuary 23rd 2012, her and I said our good byes and I have not sean or heard form her since. Since then Angelo has told her I am dead, and I never loved her. I am fighting to get her back, but I NEED YOUR HELP!

Judge Coghlan is friends with Angelo Plumeys mother. Mr.Plumey and I are in the middle of a custody battle. Mr.Plumey had abused me for years and I have a protection order aginst him but Judge Coghlan doesn't care and even told me that to my face. I moved out of the state of ILL in 2007 but the judge will not let the case go. Angelo Plumey admited in court that he wanted to kill me, our children and himself. The judge still gave him unsupervised visition!
