THIS MAN…THIS MAN TOOK MY NIECE AWAY FROM US!! He is at home on administrative paid leave!! Jeff Racer jr. He is sitting at home with his kids and making statements that he “won’t get indicted” and “he won’t get into any trouble!” This man is a cabell county sheriff, and he likes to flash his squad lights on while off duty so he don’t have to stop for red lights. He likes to speed down RT 60 going near 31st street and blowing through a red light and striking my niece sending her over a half a block down the street and killing her! Everyone look at his face! This man is a killer! Any other person would had been put in the back of a squad car, questioned and taken to jail, but all they did is take Jeff from the scene as soon as it happened and let him go home! WE NEED JUSTICE!
