This is my son Kenyon,  also known as KENYONCHAUL6613 on YouTube!

 Kenyon is a sweet loving 23 year old who just so happens to have autism and is nonverbal. Kenyon has been the victim of cybercrimes such a as stalking/harassment  since at least 2021 though no fault of his own. Persons with developmental difficulties are at a higher risk of these crimes simply because they are more vulnerable. My son and others like him with developmental difficulties should be protected with the same degree of protection as those without difficulties and can speak up for themselves. He did nothing wrong and his Constitutional Rights  to life, liberty and happiness is being infringed on and it has to stop!! With your help we can bring this issue to Congress to be heard on their floor   so that he and others in the disability community  can be safeguarded from these invertebrates  that prey upon them on the internet without being held accountable. In recent years there has been instances whereas the victims were coached out of their homes: I will reference the cases but leave the names out 

  Atlanta autistic  teen coached out of home to NY by online "friend". He was later found and reconnected with family and the criminal was caught.

  Arizona autistic man was coached out of home, later found dead. No one has been caught in that case to date.

This is just 2 must there are thousands more that occur Globally and it needs to be recognized and addressed now!!!

There are statutes in place  such as 18 U.S.C 1028, 1030 and 2261 A but they are not specific to the disabled community to which many cannot defend themselves but there should be and it is imperative that the federal government get more involved and assist with apprehending known and unknown assailants and hold them more accountable for crimes against the disabled . Trillions of dollars are being made but little accountability.

Let's make this clear, it takes a specific kind of "coward" to do this and with your help, we can protect the disabled community.
