My name is Kaitlyn, and I am the mother of Kentrell Jacob Freeman, a 4-year-old boy who has suffered unimaginable abuse at the hands of his father, Kendall Freeman. Kentrell was left to suffer, resulting in severe injuries that have changed his life forever.

Since February 18, Kentrell has been in the hospital. He became septic, his kidneys were damaged, and he spent days in the ICU. He has undergone five surgeries on his hip due to a severe infection. He has had to relearn how to walk, and he has even had to wear diapers again because he cannot use the restroom independently. Despite this, Kendall Freeman is out on bond, even though he has a history of violent offenses, including attempting to elude law enforcement, domestic violence, and possession of a forbidden firearm.

Kentrell deserves justice. Kendall Freeman should face the maximum sentence possible, with no plea deal, to ensure he is held fully accountable for what he has done.

We are asking the District Attorney and the Mobile Courts to prosecute this case to the fullest extent of the law and to ensure the safety and justice that every child deserves.
