On December 30, 2023, 14 year-old Kaden Moses was playing video games in his bedroom with a friend.

A shot was fired and Kaden Moses was dead.  The Laurens County Coroner ruled the death a homicide.  Not suicide, not accidental --- homicide.

There was only one other person in the room with Kaden.

Solicitor David Stumbo decided not to prosecute the case for reasons he never made clear.  His mentor, Attorney General Alan Wilson, decided not to intervene for reasons he never made clear.

David Stumbo is now running for Attorney General and Alan Wilson is running for Governor.

The purpose of this petition it to convince Attorney General Alan Wilson to reopen the investigation into this case and bring justice to Kaden Moses and his family.
