Justin Shotts, known as 68Shotts on YouTube, of Battle Creek Michigan has been suffering from alleged harassment, threats, unlawful detainment and arrest, and brutality from his local police departments and sheriffs office. The local government appears to be upset that Mr. Shotts has been recording incidents of alleged corruption and misconduct within their ranks.
