Jorge Barros is a 29 year old man living out of Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Just about 2 months ago Jorge was charged with assault&Battery and vandalism. The victim you may ask ? His Mothers now ex boyfriend who is accused of raping his 6 and 7 year old niece. After he was accused he made a false police report saying that Jorge assaulted him and vandalized his vehicle, then he fled to Portugal. Jorge, who is on state and federal probation, now is a violator of both probations and will have to sit in jail for the violations.
