We have submitted a writ of Habeas Corpus on this case for all of the US Constitutional rights of Jeremiah that were violated by the Michigan Courts. Also included was the Ineffective Assistance of Counsel by his court appointed Attorney for local court hearings, retained trial Attorneys, and his court appointed Appeal Attorney. Lies and Perjury that was committed by the MDHHS Foster care Worker, and the CPS Investigator.
