This case involves Gross Prosecutor Misconduct that was allowed by two Judges who them selves committed Judicial Conflicts of Interest. Together these people violated the Constitutional rights of Due Process, Fair and Speedy Trial, Notified of accusations, Confront accusers, obtain Witnesses, and to retain Competent Counsel. Evidence was hidden from the Jury, including Forensic Interviews, Medical records, School and work records. Witnesses were intimidated by the Prosecutor and Judges not to testify completely in this case, Including Joshua Schilling, Shauna Dewey, Tara Lamb, Laura Matthews, Jessica Love, and Donald Dewey. The Prosecuting Attorney would not allow the only expert witness Child Psychiatrist Dr. Kamala London of Ohio any access to Brittney to get to the truth of this case. The State of Michigan Appeal Court said that Jeremiah had inflicted Brittney with the STD Herpes and no evidence was produced that either Brittney or Jeremiah have any STD's. The State of Michigan Supreme Court accepted an Appeal for this case and then rejected it to cover up for the abuses that went on here.
