We have submitted a Michigan State Writ of Habeas Corpus for the Brady Violations committed by the Prosecutor in this case. A Michigan State Police Supplemental Report from May 2005 Shows Brittney did not have an out break of Herpes in 2005. This report was hidden from the Jury. Evidence and testimony from witnesses about Brittney being a liar were also excluded from the Jury. These alone should be enough to Vacate, Void, or Exonerate Jeremiah. The Truth of this case needs to be exposed and the Guilty people who Maliciously Convicted him be held ACCOUNTABLE.
