We requested that the Michigan Supreme Court Exonerate or Vacate the Sentences of Jeremiah's two trials. We based this on medical evidence that proved Jeremiah innocent was excluded in the trials. Evidence of Jeremiah's Work and School records were also excluded in his trials. The work records from our Mandated Home Health Care workers from Vital care were also excluded in the trials. Witness's were intimidated like Therapist Rebecca Litzner being told she had no credibility in the court room by a Judge who did not know her.
