Jeremiah's court appointed Appeal Attorney Daniel Rust of Michigan only appealed the extremely sentence that Jeremiah Received. Jeremiah was given additional time because his family members had prior criminal records and these were not even remotely related to what he is charged with. What about all of the Constitutional rights the court violated in this case. What about all of the Witness and Evidence tampering that went on in this case by the Prosecuting Attorney. What about the Jury tampering that went on by the Prosecuting Attorney. What about the key witness Joshua being sent to Eagle Village Jail for kids and then sent to Idaho to prevent him from testifying in this case. What about the only expert witness Kamala London not being allowed to interview Brittney before she testified in the trial. To many conflicts of interest by the Court and Prosecuting Attorney to be called just coincidence. Again I say that this case needs to be investigated by the FBI, US Justice Department, or any agency or person who does not have a direct interest in the outcome of the case.
