The Appeal hearing for Jeremiah is scheduled for January 6, 2016 in Lansing Michigan. His court appointed Appeal Attorney is only appealing the unfair sentence points Jeremiah received in this case. He received a sentence four times the recommended guidelines. I am requesting that change.org send this petition to the people that I have requested to act upon these Constitutional rights violations of Jeremiah Dewey.
