On August 25, 2016 Jeremiah is having a Court hearing in Presque Isle County Michigan. This hearing is being conducted by the Court and Attorney Daniel Rust in their attempt to force Jeremiah into a resentence hearing. Jeremiah was told by his Appeal Attorney Daniel Rust at the beginning of this year that he can have the Michigan Supreme Court hear his case or have the Trial Court resentence him. One or the other not both. Jeremiah wanted the Michigan Supreme Court to hear his case so that he could get a fair hearing. The 53rd Circuit Court and his Attorney have been doing every thing that they can to interfere with his choice.
