This is a story about my son Jason T. Eanes who was killed on his motorcycle July 30th, 2021. The perpetrator is Randy L Miller Jr. who was under the influence of alcohol when he decided to drive home.  My son was with a group of motorcyclists when Miller failed to yield the right of way and pulled out into oncoming traffic and stopped in the middle of the road. My son struck the back of Miller's vehicle and was killed instantly. Jason never had a chance. The local State's Attorney for Worcester County, Md. has decided to only charge Miller with a DUI and DWI when there are some questions about the investigation and how things were handled. Randy Miller is a repeat offender and also an informant for the police, so he continues to get away with the poor decisions he makes. Jason has always been the guy who would give you the shirt off of his back. Jason is a son, brother, finance, uncle, nephew, cousin and a friend to everyone he met. He lived life to the fullest and had a bright future ahead of him, but because of a drunk driver his life was cut short. Our world has been destroyed and will never be the same again. My son deserves justice and not to just be another statistic. There needs to be stricter laws on drunk drivers, so another family doesn't have to go through this.  Please sign and share this petition to help us get justice for Jason T.
