Maximum Sentence Possible for Alleged Killer of Jag Brar

- Jag Brar Killed by an alleged impaired driver (with two prior convictions) on October 10, 2020.
Jag Brar was a 19-year-old young man who lost his life in a collision caused by an impaired driver engaged in aggressive Stunt Driving with another vehicle in Mississauga on October 10, 2020. The alleged impaired driver has had two previous convictions of impaired driving along with other Provincial Offenses.
We need to keep our community and roads safe. We CANNOT allow this alleged offender to Receive anything but the Maximum Sentence possible allowed under the Criminal Code.
We need help from our community and elected representatives to help us ensure the Offender remains in Jail for the maximum amount of time that current Law allows for.
We also ask that the Chief Justice designate the Alleged Offender a Dangerous Offender.
Jag Brar, a beloved son, brother, nephew, friend and cousin had his dreams tragically and recklessly taken away.
We demand #Justice4Jag #JusticeForJagPlease and we are Fighting for harsher sentences and Mandatory Automatic Revocation of Right to a Bail Hearing for Repeat Impaired Drivers who cause fatalities.
