Jag Brar Killed by an alleged impaired driver (with two prior convictions) on October 10, 2020.

Jag Brar was a 19-year-old boy who lost his life in a collision caused by an impaired driver in Mississauga on October 10, 2020.  The alleged impaired driver has had two previous convictions of impaired driving and may be released back into society at the next bail hearing on November 6th, 2020.

We need to keep our community and roads safe.  We CANNOT allow this alleged offender be released back onto the roads in the dire interest of public safety.

We need help from our community and elected representatives to bring forth the concerns from the community the presiding Justice of the Peace Her Worship Nancy Rogers-Bain to fully utilize their legal authority to deny bail to Peter Simms on November 18, 2020.  He should not be granted the freedom to continue to endanger and cause harm to our community. He should be punished to the maximum extent of the law, denying bail at this hearing is the first step.

Please help us demand that Peter Simms should be denied bail.

Jag Brar, a beloved son, brother, nephew, friend and cousin had his dreams tragically and recklessly taken away.

We demand #Justice4Jag #JusticeForJagPlease and fight to have harsher scrupulous punishing sentences and no bail for repeat impaired drivers who cause fatalities.
