The Issue
Gabriella Hanley 20, a young and promising mother of her one year old daughter has been denied the justice she deserves. We stand together to demand that her case be thoroughly investigated and that those responsible for her suffering be held accountable!
Gabi was an amazing mother, daughter, friend and all around amazing human being. Anyone that knew her could fill you with stories of the selfless person she truly was. Her loss has left an emptiness in many lives but mostly her mother and daughters. Her mother has experienced so much loss with losing her father, husband, sister, brother, mother and now her only child. She is now raising her granddaughter who is the spitting image of her mother. Gabi's daughter is now being raised without a mother and even though she isn't lacking love and is being well taken care of no one will ever replace the loss of her mother that love was robbed from her life.
This is why this petition is so important us as a community need to stand together and show her baby girl how many people care for her mother and that she can one day grow up knowing the people responsible are being held accountable.
Gabi's story is one of immense tragedy and injustice. On October 5, 2021 Gabriella was a victim of a shooting while driving to pick up her daughter after work. Despite her being an innocent victim our family still has not received any justice.
It is disheartening to note that despite the evidence against the involved individuals they to date have not been charged. We call upon local authorities, including law enforcement agencies and judicial bodies, to reexamine all aspects of this case without prejudice or favoritism towards any party involved. It is imperative that we receive justice and a fair trial for Gabriella, where all relevant evidence is considered.
Lets not let them forget our beautiful Gabriella!
