I am Bahare Zare Bahari, an activist for the rights of acid attack victims in Iran. The reason why I specifically deal with the issue of acid attack in Iran is the lack of support from the government and family towards acid victims.

In this petition, I am asking for your support so that we can help Elham Soltani, the victim of the acid attack, to arrest the person who poured acid on her face and burned her beauty and her body and blind her left eye forever.

Because I have always seen people who give excuses to stop supporting the victim of acid attacked by questioning such as why the criminal through the acid on the victim? and some people always believed that the acid attacked victim must have done some mistakes that’s why criminals get angry so throw the acid on the victim so that’s why such an incident happened, but Let me remind those kind of people think like that way  that this act is inhuman and no one has the right to pour acid on others.  In every country, there is a court to complain and express displeasure with each other. However, Elham Soltani has not done anything wrong and the person who poured acid on her face is Elham's ex-husband.

The reason why he poured acid on Elham's face was because of Elham's divorce request, his husband was jealous , after this crime, he fled Iran and fled to Germany, where he applied for asylum.  

My friends and I have written many times to the Immigration Department and the Asylum Department of Germany and requested the deportation of this criminal person.

 His name is Navid Najafzadeh and he is currently in the Stuttgart refugee camp. This person is dangerous and should be returned to Iran to be punished and justice for what he did to Elham.  

The government of the Islamic Republic of Iran  never follows these cases, and I am helping the acid attack victims for this exact reason. I am asking you all to sign this petition and help bring justice to Elham.

من بهاره زارع بهاری هستم و سالهاست تلاش میکنم برای حمایت و کمک به قربانیان اسیدپاشی .دلیل اینکه دغدغه این عزیزان را دارم آگاهی از وضعیت تاسف بار دستگاه قضایی در ایران است .

در این پتیشن از شما کمک میخواهم تا بتوانیم اسیدپاش #نوید_نجف_زاده را از آلمان به ایران برای اجرای عدالت بازگردانیم .

از انجایی که سالهاست با قربانیان اسیدپاشی در ارتباط هستم میدانم بعضی از افراد نه تنها حمایت نمیکنند بلکه انگشت اتهام را بر قربانی اسید میگذارند با بیان مطالبی چون : از کجا معلوم بیگناه؟ ما چه میدونیم چرا اسید ریخته؟ حتما یک کاری کرده که طرف روش اسید ریخته!  توضیح من خدمت این دسته از افراد که با گفتن این جملات دنبال بهانه ای برای فرار از حمایت قربانی اسید هستند این است : عزیزان هیچکس حق ندارد روی دیگران اسید بریزد . در هر کشوری دادگاه و پلیس و کلانتری برای ارائه شکایت وجود دارد  و قرار نیست هرکسی با در دست گرفتن یک گالن اسید و تخلیه آن روی فرد دیگر خود را صاحب حق بداند ! 

هرچند که الهام سلطانی قربانی اسید ازین تهمت ها کاملا مبراست و در بی گناهی کامل مورد این جنایت توسط همسر سابق خود قرار گرفت .

یک سال پس از طلاق نوید نجف زاده همسر سابق الهام سلطانی با مراجعه به محل کار الهام ،روی صورت و بدن او اسید ریخت که باعث سوختگی تمام بدن و نصف صورت و کور شدن یک چشم الهام شد او پس از این جنایت به آلمان اشتوتگارد گریخت و در آنجا اقدام به پناهندگی کرده است .

من چندین ماه جستجو کردم تا با کمک دوستان و دنیای مجازی توانستیم به اینکه او در کدام کشور است برسیم 

حالا برای اخراج او از آلمان نیازمند کمک تک تک شما عزیزان هستیم .
