Devin Simpson was beaten April 21st, placed in an ICU and unfortunately passed April 26th. The person who is responsible for Devin's death has yet to be charged with any crime in relation to Devin's murder. The coroner has ruled the death as a Homicide and the Police have sufficient evidence to hold the Guilty person accountable. This person has a history of violence and public intoxication, going back years. 2 Days after he beat Devin he got a DUI Hit & Run in Campbell County. He has 21 charges in Kenton County alone. We need to keep this evil person behind bars for good, HE DOES NOT DESERVE FREEDOM!
