Case

This matter came before the Court for consideration on the 11th day of June, 2021. For good cause shown, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED by this Court that:

1. The Defendant understands the nature of the charge against him;

2. The Defendant understands his right to counsel and is represented by counsel;

3. The Defendant understands that he need make no statement and any statement made may be used against him;

4. The Defendant understands he has a right to a preliminary hearing in a felony case; and

5. The Defendant understands he has a right, where appropriate, to a jury trial. It is further ORDERED, AJUDGED and DECREED by this Court that the Defendant has knowingly and voluntarily signed a written waiver of his right to a preliminary hearing pursuant to Crim.R. 5(B) and has consented to his case being bound over to the grand jury for further proceedings.

It is further ordered that the Defendant’s bond posted with this Court be transferred to the Clerk of Courts of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas.
