Our dear friend Carson Dugay, had been killed last July due to a drunk driver who was travelling at 186kms an hour.

Since July, the community of friends and family have held ourselves together, jaws clenched waiting for any news on this matter.

Now the justice system is trying to only give the driver 2 fines as well as a license suspension. mind you the offender has many convictions before this as well. The RCMP need to relook at this case and charge this person correctly as he has prior convictions to hurting people and what’s not to say he won’t do it again.
