Good day, everyone! We are Group 2 of Grade 12 Pope John Paul II, and we are here to advocate for blue-collar workers' rights and to end the unfair treatment they face worldwide. These hardworking individuals, including janitors, construction workers, factory employees, and maintenance staff, play a vital role in keeping our workplaces, schools, hospitals, and public spaces safe and functional. Despite their dedication and long hours, many blue-collar workers earn minimal wages, receive limited benefits, and endure poor treatment.

The "Justice for Blue-Collar Workers: Fair Wages, Fair Treatment" petition is a call to action. We demand livable wages, essential benefits like healthcare and paid leave, reasonable working hours, and stronger legal protections for these workers. According to the International Labour Organization (ILO), blue-collar workers are often subjected to unsafe conditions and inadequate wages, underscoring the urgent need for reform (ILO, 2021).

It is time to recognize their sacrifices and stand together in the fight for fairness, dignity, and respect. Change must happen now! Thank you for your support.
