Our family and I are devastated by the Murder of my Grand daughter Ava By her mother's boyfriend while her mother did nothing. Ava's mother was vindictive because of Ava's love for me and hate for her mother. Ava's mother had her for the last 11 months of her life. I had won a court order for visitation Aug.31st 2022. Ava’s mother and boyfriend made sure she was dead within a month making sure she never got to see me again.Ava endured abuse since she 2an half. I told my family and ACS agency then proceeded to court. I was awarded every other week visitation.  Ava never wanted to go home. I started taping why she felt that way. I told and wrote to all top judicial/City Agencies.  In the end Ava is DEAD from 18 two inch magnets that perforated her intestines and Latex Gloves were in her stomach. There is no way Ava sat the and choked eating these magnets herself.  The Medical Examiner ruled it an accident.  Blaming Ava for her death. Ava's mother knew how she was treating Ava an what her boyfriend was doing. Ava's mother took Ava to a random urgent care an told a Dr. Ava eats off the floor an puts quarters in her mouth. That was the set up. But I have video of Ava's whole life, eating as well. Ava was a picky eater, She could not have had PICA. Ava had No disabilities at All. The Medical Examiner is covering for the city and Judges that I am suing for Vacating my custody/visitation that gave Ava's mother and boyfriend a chance to kill her days before my visitation. This petition will show that even a layman can tell Ava couldn't have sat there and ate 18 two in magnets that an adult can't swallow. I have been told by many they will sign. Because the cover up is so blatant.
