I urge anyone with a platform or position over Ohio state patrol or anyone that understands our system is broken have this looked into! The responding officer has one person intoxicated underage in the road and he on his phone with ? Not 911 while the three lives trapped in the car he just crashed! He will forever of changed all there lives and there families! Ohio state patrol decided to not test the only person that needed to be and  The driver had admitted he was under the influence of alcohol as no one else had anything in there systems (they even tested the deceased Austin Gibbs )  This has only  further made it harder on the victims family as the scales of justice are offset in this accident! Ohio state patrol wrote the accident as if he just missed a stop sign into a guard rail then flipped! This is not fact just from the news article picture Which shows the downed stop sign and a notch in the tree from impact of the car! This meaning O.S.P are negligent or don’t care about the truth, to help the driver the crash report shows him just drive straight into a guardrail but the stop sign was in the picture from news article picture published About the accident! The  entire report is wrong ! why is that?  In my opinion to protect the driver !(who mind you lived minuets away) cause then it proves this wreck Was intentional or reckless negligent homicide which has left one paralyzed at 19 and a 25 yr old dead but hes still free. They  have done nothing short of break there oath to protect and serve as the driver stood after the crash in the road calling someone more important than even worrying about the 3 people who lay trapped in the car not caring for one victim in the car, the police that responded found him standing in the road on his cell phone Not with 911 !!  Nor had he called 911 !!!
