Anthony Davis is currently 18 YEARS into a 35 year prison sentence for murder despite NO EVIDENCE being linked to him. So how can it be possible for such a massive injustice to occur in the Great British Justice system?

Imagine a trial with FABRICATED WITNESSES. Imagine a trial where the actual perpetrators of the crime DEFLECTED BLAME onto others, even those that were NOT PRESENT OR INVOLVED in the crime at hand.
Of course this would erode any semblance of faith in the judicial process... yet this is precisely what is happening in the British Justice System right now! Anthony Davies being a VICTIM of the CORRUPT ABUSE of the SOCPA 2005 (Serious Organised Crime and Police Act).

Sections 71-75 establishes a framework for REGULATING AGREEMENTS made with offenders who have offered to assist the investigation or prosecution of offences made by others. Unfortunately, there are dozens of cases where rather than working with a peripheral player, the POLICE HAVE WORKED HAND IN HAND with a CENTRAL FIGURE, who was at the heart of a particular crime. 

In this particular case, an individual named Sonny Stewart was arrested following the vicious murder of Mr Edward (Teddy) Simpson. In what was and still is one of the most CORRUPT ABUSES of SOCPA, West Yorkshire Police offered Sonny Stewart a deal despite having EVIDENCE showing he was PRESENT AT THE MURDER SCENE! As part of the deal, Sonny Stewart implicated his best friend at the time, Anthony Davies. Despite EVIDENCE showing Anthony Davies was NOT PRESENT at the murder scene. On the SOLE EVIDENCE of Sonny Stewart’s testimony and despite WITHHELD evidence proving otherwise, Anthony Davies was sentenced to 35 YEARS whilst Sonny Stewart was sentenced to a measly 7 YEARS! (He now has a new identity under the witness protection scheme).

Where’s the justice in offering a deal to someone known to be CORRUPT, POWERFUL and DANGEROUS? Where’s the justice in the Super-Grass MINIMISING their role while INNOCENT parties suffer? Where’s the justice in not properly vetting witnesses, potentially CONVICTING THE INNOCENT and FREEING THE GUILTY? Where’s the justice for Anthony Davies’ children who have have grown up without their dad being around due to the CORRUPTION of the British Judicial System? And where’s the justice for Anthony himself? 18 YEARS and counting for a crime he didn’t commit.
