October of 2024, my then 8 year old daughter, Annelle "Nelly Spaghetti" Taylor, fell victim to sexual contact. Her abuser, Johnny "Ray" Salinas, took advantage of her innocence. He preyed on her. Justice was close, and as fast as it was given, it was taken. Tuesday, September 30, 2025, I (her mother) and her grandma helped HPD capture Johnny "Ray" Salinas in his childhood neighborhood of 2nd ward. October 3, 2025, he posted bail. Since this traumatic event has taken place, Annelle has been in therapy for 8 long months. She and her brother have since moved homes and had to change schools. Leaving them both to start over and also leaving their friends. Annelle was robbed of her innocence and her peace of mind. All by someone we all trusted. She wasn't his only victim. He is a threat to society, he is a flight risk, and a habitual offender who will not stop. He has a history of violent priors from, Arson, aggravated assault, domestic violence.. now adding, Sexual Contact with a CHILD. Please, help me & my immediate family get this monster of a human being off the streets and in jail where he belongs!
