75 year old anita ann went into tim hortons at fort wayne indiana, where an argument between her and staff ensued. The argument escalated when the shift supervisor August Horner comes over and pushes her, causing anita to defend herself and push her back. At this point the shift lead draws her arm back to punch her and anita punches her in self defense, the shift supervisor then goes on to physically and brutally attack the 75 year old woman. Her coworkers are sitting there watching this for maybe 5 or 10 seconds in complete shock before they start coming over, i was afraid they were all going to jump her but thats notwhat happened. They start pulling the shift leader off of this woman, trying like trying like 3 or 4 times before they can fully, like she is attached and wailing going insane on this 75 year old woman. So this woman is laying in a pool of her own blood, you can see the blood on the ground. And one of the ladies who pulled off the shift lead goes over to her and gets mad at her, You could see her getting mad at her and telling her to get out. And then they all leave her there, dying and covered in blood, she tries to stand up, stumbles andfalls back down she eventually manages to catch herself on a chair and just sits there. She passed away from these injuries, that day. The autopsy and the police are trying to spin that the injuries in the autopsy are somehow not directly correlated with the attack that happened earlier that day. And the girl has received no punishment, and the police tried to spin the the woman punched her first. And the way that they are phrasing it in all of the articles, an altercation, they fought. They did not fight. They didn't fight at all. That woman got attacked by that girl. And the woman's family might receive 0 justice.
