I am requesting an independent and fair review of my husband’s criminal case in the United Kingdom.

There are serious concerns regarding fairness and evidential consideration, including accepted location evidence, DNA proof, and

clear grounds for appeal that were not fully considered at first instance. Due to the complexity of the case, a full and detailed review by the

appropriate authorities is necessary.

My husband, our young child, and I respectfully ask for justice, due process, and a proper case review so that all evidence can be examined

fairly.

አካልን ነፃ የማውጣት የወገን ጥሪ 

ጉዳዩ :- በእንግሊዝ ሀገር የተፈፀመ የፍርድ ሂደትና ውሳኔ በድጋሚ እንዲመረመር ስለመጠየቅ ነው ። 

ስሜ ፍፁምወርቅ ይገዙ ይባላል። በትውልድ ኢትዮዽያዊ ስሆን ፣ ባለትዳርና የአንድ ወንድ ልጅ እናት ነኝ። ባለቤቴ በእንግሊዝ ሀገር ውስጥ በወንጀል ተከሶ ተፈርዶበታል። 
ነገር ግን የተከሰሰበት ጉዳይ እና የተሰጠው ፍርድ ፍትሀዊ ነው ብለን ስለማናምን ፥ በገለልተኛ የፍትህ አካላት ክሱም ሆነ ማስረጃው በድጋሚ እንዲመረመ‍ር ፥  ተገቢውንም ፍርድ እንዲያገኝ የእናንተን የድጋፍ ፊርማ እንፈልጋለን። 

ይህ ጉዳይ በቤተሰብ ግጭትና አለመስማማት ምክንያት የተፈጠረ በመሆኑ ፥ በአግባቡ በሁለቱም ወገኖች ያሉ ማስረጃዎች ተመርምረው መታየት አለባቸው ብለን እናምናለን።
እኔ እና ባለቤቴ በመስከረም 7 2019 እ.ኤ.አ በሕግ ተጋብተናል። ከመጋባታችን በፊትም ሆነ ከተጋባን በሗላ በቤተሰብ መካከል የተፈጠሩ አለመግባባቶች ነበሩ ። በዚህም ምክንያት ግልፅ የሆነ ጥላቻና ዛቻ ደርሶብናል። 

ሆኖም እናንተ ወገኖቼን የምጠይቀው በገለልተኛ አካላት ክሱም ሆነ ማስረጃዎቻችን እንዲታይልኝ እና ፍትሀዊ የሆነ ውሳኔ እንድናገኝ በፊርማችሁ ድምፅ እንድትሆኑኝ ነው። 
እኔ ፣ ባለቤቴና ሕፃን ልጃችን ይህን ፊርማ በመፈረምና ለሌሎችም በማካፈል ፍትህ እንድናገኝ ትብብራችሁን በአክብሮት እንጠይቃለን።
