This petition is to urge the local authorities and SPCA to shut down sam's puppy playhouse and arrest the workers involved for animal abuse. 

Sam's puppy playhouse has recently been witnessed beating and harming the dogs in their care. actions such as kicking, punching, and beating with a hockey stick has been witnessed on leaked CCTV footage. The local SPCA has done nothing about this matter due to claims that during one of the beatings, the worker was bitten by the dog.
