Audrina Claire Hepburn lost her struggle for life on October 17, 2009. She was a victim of child abuse at the hands of her mother Ashley Nicole Tolley Hepburn. Ashley was originally charged with Abuse by Inflicting Great Bodily Injury Upon a Child  and after Audie lost her battle for her life the charges were upgraded to murder by child abuse. Ashely is currently free after posting $5,000 of her $50,000 bond. The legal system in South Carolina and all over the United States needs to realize that children are important and when they are murdered or abused the abuser or murderer should not be allowed any type of bail or bond. The accused should remain in jail until the case has went to court and a verdict has been obtained. 

Audie's paternal family has been devastated by what has happened to their precious baby girl and are taking a stand to see justice served for Audrina and all other children who are affected by these horrible crimes.
