Mark Williams is one individual out of millions funneled through our US prison system after a trial process that was extremely questionable.
Mark Williams was convicted of a crime that was committed in Darby Borough Pennsylvania, a neighborhood that was at the time under constant video surveillance by the federal Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Darby Borough
Police due to an unrelated investigation in 2009 tons of this surveillance footage was used to
secure convictions in the resulting federal cases but almost none was provided in Mark's case that hinged on the credibility of inconsistent witness testimony. Prosecutor's provided less than 15 seconds of footage of an unidentified person running from the direction of the crime scene, used as circumstantial evidence against Mark but did not provide any footage from that same surveillance platform that multiple witnesses testified to passing in order to verify any of their testimonies which Mark maintained was false. There was also a surveillance platform recording on the street where the crime was actually committed but all of the footage from that day has been withheld and suppressed. Mark Williams has exhausted every avenue available to get access to
this withheld evidence but being that he isn't a rich and powerful person the system has thwarted every last one of his efforts to retrieve it. Just ask yourself, why would there be withheld surveillance in a murder investigation especially when police and prosecutor's know they have the right guy? The answer is they wouldn't. We need for there to be honesty, transparency and justice in all cases brought against us so by signing this petition you'll be supporting that all withheld surveillance
footage and other evidence in Mark Williams' case should be made available for inspection by Mark Williams and any legal representation willing to help him. By supporting justice and transparency in Mark's case you will be supporting the position of fairness and Justice in all cases. Any of us can fall victim to a system
lacking motivation to be honest and transparent,
there are far too many us spending decades in
prison because of undisclosed evidence, this
