On 11/16/2022 my 4 1/2 year old daughter was sexually abused at her daycare due to negligence of licensed provider and the lack of law enforcement and there concern the lead detective is saying they are not pursuing criminal charges due to fact my child’s age makes her a unreliable witness.. my child had visible injuries and told hospital and police who where and with and what multiple times. I personally contacted the state of daycare licensing and nothing has been done day care still operating I want justice for my child this is not right not to mention the after math the trauma the mess I’ve had to deal with and feeling helpless and my own police officers are failing to protect and serve and other children still at risk and day care still operating. Please help me get Justice for my daughter and other survivors.
