SHUT DOWN WEST BROAD STREET NEAR CITY HALL

SHUT DOWN WEST BROAD STREET NEAR CITY HALL
The Issue
As of June 20 the black lives matter movement created a Street Miral on West Broad Street downtown Spartanburg South Carolina. There is a lot of traffic still traveling this road and as the event has been publicized to the media it is attracting people from all over to come see the art on the streets. As they continue to grows it would create more traffic and it will become even hazardous to pedestrians I think it is important for us to shut down this road to protect the lives coming to view the Mural. Please protect the people of this community. Drivers are not respecting the pedestrians and I would consider this to be hazardous. The black lives matter movement is very important but we do not want to risk peoples lives just a view the art we have to protect the people in our community we cannot take on anymore traumas or deaths during this time we need to see Spartanburg come together and figure out a logical way for safe travel throughout our town in peace.
