Juneteenth 4 Day Holiday (Business) Proposal

The Reason Behind This Proposal Is to Give the Economy A Chance to Progress and Profit During A Nationally Known Timeframe (Day) With Significant meaning that’s has been Separating Our Country and Painting A Negative Image on America, I Do Believe with This Slight Alter In Funding Seems Impactful Right Now but If You Let This Holiday Become an Annual 4-day Holiday it will Improve the Economy, Environment, and All the Inflation Issues Behind Our Country As Of Today. This Will Help Our Graduates from Colleges or Our Growing Community to Show More Compassion for Those Who Are Growing Up Around the Same Structures of The Past That We Have Come from As Well This 4 Day Annual Holiday Will Be Something That Can Help the Whole Nation Move Forward and Share A Memory Until It Unifies The Population in A Close Perimeter Than Past Years.

(Negroe Businesses)

• Throughout the Duration Of 4 Days Regarding Juneteenth

1. The 400 Years/Releasing*

2. The Jim Crow /The Marching*

3. The Retaliation/Rioting*

4. The Resolution/Reconstruction*

Pay and Funding Proposal

All Registered Negroe (African) American Will Receive No Charges or Taxes Reports on Tips, Gambling Earnings, or Transportation Imports/Exports Profits For The Holding Of The Annual Holiday.

• Local National Parks Will Be Holding Annual Cookout (Scheduled Time Frames) and Activities for The Duration of The Holiday.

• All Broadcastings in Relations to The Annual Holiday Is to be Donated to All Historically Black Colleges and Universities (Owned/Operated)

• Rights to Have Some Songs Considered Holiday Accepted Annual Songs (Depending Committee Approval)

• Have a Certain Weapon Engagement Method for Participants in Participation of Holiday Parade (Walks Floats and Holiday Gathering Location).

• Have an Annual Gathering Tree (Historically Related) Placed in The Center of The Cities Annual Gathering Location to Be Interacted with By the Local Participants.

• Create an Annual Currency to Be Required for The Holiday (If Annual Currency is Accepted in Abundance by Participating Patrons and Business Then It Should Be a Nationally Accepted Currency).

• There Should Be a 4 Day Donation Booth Set Up to Help with The Locally Unhoused and Low-Income Citizens Salvation/Homeless *Reparation Tins*

-There Should Be A Way Where All Businesses Get to Set Up A 4 Day Donation Booth Regarding Reparations (Negroe Employed Businesses Included as Well)

• There Should Be a 15% Pay Increase To All Companies That Are Just Local Negro Owned Businesses, No Nationally Owned Companies Can Get 5%

Four Day Activity Proposal and Funding

The Concept for the 4 Days Is a National Reminder That It Was 400 Years Before We Left the Idea of Using Citizens as Property.

• Day 1

Negro Spiritual Marches (Walks)- The Activity to Be Done Here Is to Remind the Participants and Viewers of The Strides We Made Coming from Escaping from Slavery to Going on Marches for Our Freedom/Rights We Will Have Children Singing Old Negroe Hymns & Freedom Chants for The Duration of The Walk.

• Day 2

Sit In (Rosa Parks Booths)/Free Bus Rides Are to Be Held on Day 2 For A Scheduled Time Frame for Participating Businesses and Participants within the Perimeter. (Different Locations Have Different Negroe Leader Memorabilia).

• Day 3

Pool Activities (Wading)/Park or Perimeter Activities (Waiting) For Negroes to Explore the Difference Between Our Prior Confinements to The Prior Discrimination We Had for Negroe Americans.

• Day 4

Commune and Have A Mid-Day to Supper Gathering for All Participants that Came to Participate in the city (Preferably around a Tall Tree to Represent Our Roots to The Land)

Proposal For City Funded Annual Building/Community Building

What I Propose for A Gathering Location Is a State Funded Building to Be Built in Recognition for This Holiday (Juneteenth) Where the Local Participants Can Commune and Have A Repetitive Location to Engage in All Holiday Activities the Concept of The Building Will Be A Cot Shaped Building with Nation Leaders Memorabilia and Activist (Slavery or Government). With A Pond to Place Sticks in For Culture Tradition (Jumping the Broom).

Annual Holiday Currency Request (Possible Currency Input)

Harriet Tubman 50¢- I Request 50¢ Harriet Tubman Coins for The Reasons

• The Coin Itself Shows Us the First Steps to A Progressive America

• The Character Persevered Through Slavery, Head Contusions, Carried Knowledge from Long Distances & Maintained & Relayed Information to help Numerous Captives. Remain Undetected Until Escape or Freedom Was Available.

Barack Obama $50- He Over Came Economic Struggles of a Relatable Pass, Received High Merits from Multiple Political Colleagues, Gave A Satisfactory Resolution in a Government Issue (Multiple Situations) Has A National Impact on The Overall Progression of The Economy (Depending on The Population of Citizens).

Tuskegee Airmen $75- Not Because Of The Division But Because of Worth to and Trending Military Negroe Recruits in the Rising Populations & Has Built A Build with Our Government Defenses in A Very Contributive Way and Show the Next Generation That Our Military Is More United Than Ever.
