Judicial Review of NDAA Section 1021 paragraph (d) and Section 1022

The Issue

Paragraph (d) of Section 1021 & Section 1022 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), are clearly known to the people, to be amendments that are unconstitutional and a threat to our liberties under the 4th Amendment (due process) & 6th Amendment (Right to a fair and speedy trial)

We the People, recognize a law that could destroy our free nation as well as our free market. Though the President stated he would veto this enemy piece of legislation, we now know that his statements are absolute with contempt for the freedom of our nation. Because he has signed into law, legislation that denies a person their Right to a fair and speedy trial, their Right to counsel and even their Right to be treated humanely, we do so appeal to the Supreme Court, for judicial review of Section 1021 paragraph (d) and Section 1022. These actions, if carried out among Americans, constitute treason, a penalty punishable by death.

Additionally, upon the re-election of Barack Hussein Obama, do petition the Supreme Court of these United States of America, to initiate a Preliminary hearing and investigation of Barack Obama's performance with regards to legislation that inhibits our free market enterprise and violates our freedoms.

Sincerely,

(Signed)
