Petition to keep April Dellolio institutionalized pending her upcoming hearing on March 21

Petition to keep April Dellolio institutionalized pending her upcoming hearing on March 21

The Issue

In 1992 April Dell'olio brutally murdered 17 year old David Eccleston in New Berlin, NY. She plead not guilty using the insanity defense. April murdered a star citizen in our community and got off with just a slap on the wrist. It's recently come to light that she may have committed another violent crime since David's death. She has been in and out of mental institutions since then and is due to have a release hearing on March 28th. This woman is a cancer to our society and it's just a matter of time before she shatters another community with another murder. How can a murderer be allowed to walk the streets? This petition will show all the signatures of the people that have been directly affected by this woman's reckless disregard for human life and plead for the court to keep her institutionalized.
