Due to False Media through Indystar Newspaper and Television promising release on probation, parole or a residential facility/half way house for Paul Henry Gingerich after his 18th Birthday in 2016 due to his continuous Well behaved outstanding good behaviour throughout his incarceration, Being a Role Model inmate, Providing Bible Studies to inmates, Counselling inmates, Achieving top grades in his studying, Finishing his High School Diploma with Honors, Attending College Courses, Taking on all jobs at the Indiana Correctional Juvenile Facility. Paul is a Good Christian Man and his personality and character is Non Aggressive. Paul did not conspire to Kill Phil Danner, a Man he had Never met until the day of the incident when he was bullied into and under threat/under duress to shoot after Colt Lundy's fatal shots. Paul's shots were Non fatal as he did not aim at Phil Danner, he closed his eyes and turned around scared for his own life. Colt Lundy was aggressive and bullied Paul, Paul feared for his own life, Paul also tried to talk Colt Lundy out of shooting his stepfather but Colt Lundy did not take Paul's advice and forced Paul to follow through with his order. Colt Lundy was aggressive and bullied Paul on the school bus they both used as transport to the same middle school they both attended before the tragic incident. Paul was only an innocent 12 year old boy when Colt Lundy then 15 years old used Paul to Murder his own stepfather with his help, Paul had no knowledge that Colt Lundy had already planed this and after manipulating Paul into his home put a second gun into Paul's hand and told him to follow his orders shooting Phil Danner. Paul did not want to shot Phil Danner but was scared for his own life and he also says this at the police interview room that is videod and tape recorded.
