Thank you for taking the time to listen to how we, "the people", feel about Geoffrey Paschel and the crimes he has been convicted of. 

Geoffrey gained a public platform in March 2020 through his appearance on the reality tv show "90 Day Fiance." To say he gained fame would be saying a lot, he did gain fast notoriety however. You would think that someone, especially someone in the pursuit of fame, would be horrified by the negative media attention Geoffrey received. Really you would think that someone with his colorful past would never thrust themselves into the public eye in the first place. Not Geoffrey. He thrived off of the negative coverage. With every negative article, Instagram post, interview etc, Geoffrey would become falsely stronger. You see he would gain this false sense of strength by "striking" each one of these posts down. What do I mean by "striking?" Geoffrey would file exaggerated, and sometimes false, copyright infringement reports. In turn each social media platform would then remove these posts at the expense of the account owners standing with that platform. Sometimes, and quite often, these accounts would be completely deleted. Most of the accounts that Geoffrey went after were blog/meme pages created by people as their livelihoods. What did these posts that he would strike say? They simply stated the truth. The truth about Geoffrey's criminal past, relationship past, past allegations made by women..facts. All facts. Anyone who dares to speak about Geoffrey would suffer the consequences. He did not discriminate. He went after the biggest magazines down to the 90 Day Fiance fan sitting in their home. He was vile. Finding any sing of weakness in them and then cutting them down for it. He implored his followers to do the same, and they did. Much like Charles Manson had his "girls", Geoffrey has his "women." Women that he would make believe has some special place in his life, when in reality each woman was one of many. When we say many, we mean...many. Geoffrey was constantly grooming. By Geoffrey having the platform he has had, it has enabled him to cause much more harm than he ever would have been able to had he stayed "dead guy number 2" in all of his many crime shows. 

Included in the signatures below are multiple women that have been harmed by Geoffrey in one form or another. He mentally, emotionally, and verbally abused these women. He had multiple "relationships" going with upwards of 12 women at a time. All the while lying to each of them about the other. Some of these women altered their lives to be with Geoffrey. He manipulated them and used them. He publicly lied about some of these women to the tune of calling one a "stalker" and filing police reports with false information in a bid to cause legal harm to this woman. He filed a lawsuit against this woman in an attempt to ruin her career as well. Geoffrey knows no bounds. He is ruthless and relentless and he needs to be stopped. 

Your honor, we know that we are merely insignificant in the large picture of this case. Kristen is the sole victim of the evening of June 9, 2019. She was then victimized again on October 6th and 7th of this year when Geoffrey so arrogantly testified that those horrific injuries were somehow caused by Kristen, in some sordid plot to harm HIM. This man has painted himself out to be a perpetual victim of the circumstances of his life. Let us be clear when we say this. Geoffrey Paschel is the perpetual aggressor in every circumstance of his life, and any consequence that has been or will be bestowed upon him has been rightfully earned. In that breathe, your honor, we ask that the same be bestowed upon him today. We ask that you sentence Geoffrey to the maximum sentence allowed on each charge. If Geoffrey is given any sentence that could possibly allow him to re enter society the harm would be exponential. In a society where men are believed far more often than woman, and women are punished more harshly than men for standing up to or killing their abusers, we ask that you set a new standard. We ask you to help us continue the new narrative that Kristen has created and started. That victims can seek justice against their abusers and no matter how long it takes, they can win.
