This petition is from the community of Redding CA to Shasta County Judge Cara L. Beatty pleading to sentence repeat offender Phillip Ramon Adams to a just sentence.

Phillip Ramon Adams has had upwards of 4 DUIs in the last several years. The latest of which carried NINE charges at the time of arrest including but not limited to driving drunk without headlights on. Driving without a license. Driving without the required breathalyzer from previous DUIs. Violating probation. Not completing legal requirements from previous DUIs. 

He rolled his truck in a previous DUI. Thank god no one other than him was hurt during that incident.

This man has a clear disregard for the safety of the public and the citizens of this community. Even though he has been on probation for multiple DUIs, he is seen drinking at local bars several nights a week and then operating a vehicle. 

If Phillip Ramon Adams is not taken off of the streets he is GOING TO KILL SOMEONE.
