Juan was sentenced to death in December 2004 under the controversial 'Texas Law of Parties'.
Juan was given an unfair trial with very poor defense. The only thing that was ever used to convict Juan was a coerced false statement and gang association.
No DNA, fingerprints or eye wittnesses connect Juan to the crime that he has been convicted of.
How can the state of Texas claim to be executing the 'worst of the worst' when people like Juan sit on death row??
The 'Law of Parties' allows for an innocent man to be put to death for someone elses actions.
