Back in 2017, i had started a campaign for the same purpose, to get a waffle house in the town of collierville. We had originally planned for it to take the place of the old mcdonald's building, but overtime as the town had more updates we were told that no other restaurants or food services could be held in that building. 

That now leads us to where we are today, i know with the last petition we had tremendous support and many people were in unison (just under 700 signatures) for the sole purpose of getting a Waffle House in the town we call our home. With breakfast places like IHOP closed, it would be the best opportunity to make a waffle house in its place. As a town full of college students and hard working adults, It is an easy choice to decide if a waffle house here would be best.
